EnviroClad makes wall cladding with a specific outdoor application. This required our products to be robust, weather proof and UV resistant. This was achieved using a coating called Jesmonite and crushed granite powder mixed with a strong bonding agent.

EnviroClad now boasts a decorative panel combining our industrial strength polyurethane with an all weather coating. Our cladding is a lightweight hard wearing panel that is an exact replica of brick, slate, wood or rock finishes. Not only is the EnviroClad cladding 100% water-proof, it acts as a thermal insulator and an acoustic board.

The EnviroClad Polyurethane that is used in our wall cladding panels was originally developed for military use. This formulation used in our panels provides a high density flexible inner core without losing the lightness of polyurethane. Polyurethane has a high thermal co-efficient.

Handling and working with the EnviroClad cladding panels is easy. The product is light weight, solid, easy to cut and can be adapted to fit all spaces. The panels are designed to key together and interlock, making it easy to install.EnviroClad manufactures both indoor and outdoor panels. The panels are made of Polyurethane with an acrylic surface giving the panel a very natural appearance. The panels are:
• UV resistant
• Water resistant
• Insulate acoustically and thermally
• Fire retardant
• Unique brick, slate and stone imitation panels
• Easy to handle (weigh 4-7kgs & measure 1sqm)

These dimensions make it easy to fix EnviroClad Cladding panels onto the wall and can be done by one person. The clever interlocking design ensure quick 'fool-proof' installation. Once joined and acrylic sealant is applied between the panels, a quick paint touch-up ensures there are no visible joints The EnviroClad panels create such an authentic appearance that there is no detectable difference between real stone wall and EnviroClad Decorative Wall Cladding panels.
